Rental Policies
At San Miguel Stays, we want your stay to be simple and enjoyable. Below you'll find a few helpful details about check-in, minimum stays, payments, and traveling with pets.
. Check-in is by appointment, and you will be greeted by your hosts and shown to your property upon arrival. Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Depending on our booking schedule, we are happy to accommodate early or late arrivals and departures whenever possible.
Check-In & Check-Out
. A minimum stay of two nights is required for all properties.
Minimum Stays
. Payments are made directly through the hosts. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due upon arrival.
Payments and Deposits
. Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. Approval is based on your dog's size, needs, and availability at the time of your stay.
